Snack Suppers Sunday Night Routine
Parent Help Needed:
Four Adults Each Sunday
- For youth management
- Food preparation and service
- For clean up and supervision of youth clean-up
Menu Items Provided
Routine:
- 4:00 Parents arrive to prepare food
- 5:00 Youth set up tables and chairs in foyer
- 5:00 Youth Prayer
- 5:05 Serve food
- 5:30 Youth clean tables, put table and chairs away and empty trash and place in small foyer
- 5:30 Place food in zip lock bags and place in box in freezer for homeless Ministry
- Clean dishes and kitchen
- Empty trash
- Sweep and mop floors as needed
Check List
- Make sure chairs and tables are put away properly in hallway closet
- Tables to the right of chairs leaning against wall
- Chairs hanging upside down on chair rack
- Make sure trash is empty in all foyer and kitchen trash cans
- Make sure any spills or cleaned up and mopped clean
- Turn off Kitchen A.C.’s – there are three
