An usher is an important role in the worship experience at Flower Mound United Methodist Church. In addition to helping collect the offering, ushers greet members and guests as they enter the sanctuary as well as hand out worship bulletins. Ushers count the number of attendees in worship, collect completed attendance sheets, and deliver the offering to the church office. The complete list of usher responsibilities may be found HERE.

Typically, an usher serves during one worship service every other month...only six services a year! Of course, one may volunteer to serve more regularly. Being an usher is an easy way to honor God.

Please thoughtfully and prayerfully consider how you may serve God, your church family, and your community by playing an active role in assisting with worship as an usher!!!
