Table Request Form

The Foyer Team was instituted to decorate & maintain the foyer areas at FMUMC. Our hope is that members and visitors consider the foyers to be a welcoming place! There are two tables available for use by our church groups. Tables must be reserved 30 days in advance (they are reserved on a first come, first serve basis). After the committee receives your Request form, a committee member will contact you with the approval & let you know when your table will be ready.*Required
