The Family Ministries Team is busy planning monthly activities to encourage church members to have fun and fellowship together during 2010.  Through these activities, strong relationships are built and we nurture our Christ-centered community of faith. Recent events in 2009 included:

• FAMILY NIGHT AT THE MOVIES - Saturday, November 14th at 5:30 pm. - At this outdoor event, we cooked up hot dogs, sat on our lawn chairs, and enjoyed the feature film MADAGASCAR.
• FAMILY ADVENT NIGHT - Sunday, November 29 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. - FMUMC families helped decorate the church and enjoyed a potluck soup dinner. We did family crafts and ended the evening with an Advent Worship Service at 6:30. 

 At FMUMC, we like to have fun - even when the weather doesn't cooperate, as we saw in 2009.
